Automatically remind customers 24 hours before their scheduled appointment.
Set up via Base44 Automations
24-hour reminders require a scheduled automation (Builder+ plan). You can set this up in your Base44 dashboard under Automations.
How to set it up:
1Go to Base44 Dashboard → Automations
2Click "New Automation"
3Describe: "Every day at 8am, find all bookings scheduled for tomorrow with status 'confirmed', then send each customer a reminder email with their appointment details"
4The AI will generate and schedule the automation for you

To receive email alerts when a new booking is created, set up an automation in Base44 Dashboard → Automations with: "When a new Booking record is created, send me an email at [your email] with the booking details."
